Most people should start with a Pack. Starter Pack ($9.99 / 20 sessions) and Pro Pack ($24.99 / 120 sessions) are one-time payments — sessions are yours forever, no auto-renewal. Pick Monthly or Annual only if you're running 10+ sessions a month consistently (workshops every week, classroom every weekday, etc.) — the math tips toward subscription around the 6th session of a month. You can switch later, either direction.
QWhat happens after my 5 free sessions?
You decide. Either grab the $9.99 Starter Pack (20 sessions, no subscription), or subscribe Monthly $19.99 for unlimited. No auto-charge — your free sessions never expire mid-session.
QCan I use it for a class of 200? An all-hands of 500?
Yes. Audience size is uncapped on all plans, including the free tier — there's no per-session participant limit in the platform.
QWhat's your refund policy?
14-day money-back on Starter Pack, Pro Pack, and Monthly Pro (subject to fair-use conditions in our refund policy — full refund if you've used ≤ 3 sessions on credit packs). 30-day prorated refund on Yearly Pro.
