Why we built this
Most polling tools were designed before AI question generation was possible. They expect you to type every poll by hand — which means you don't run polls, which means your audience doesn't get to participate, which means you're back to "any questions?" and silence.
Across our careers as PMs, founders, and business developers, we kept hitting the same wall: we didn't want to spend time designing interactive questions, drafting surveys, or writing decent questionnaires — so the engagement segment became a headache, and we'd often skip it. We built TapInFlow because AI now writes the questions in five seconds. The friction is gone. There's no reason for a session to be one-sided anymore.
How we work
We're a small team that ships in public. Four principles we keep coming back to:
We don't say "revolutionary" or "game-changer" because most things aren't, and you can tell when we're lying. We'd rather under-promise and let the product speak.

Participants join without an account or email — pseudonymous to us, not tied to a login. Site analytics are self-hosted on Umami, cookie-free, and you can opt out anytime — no advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking. Hosts can permanently delete any session at any time.
Participants don't need accounts, apps, emails, or signups to answer your poll. They scan, type, vote, leave. Whatever you collect is yours.
Where we are
TapInFlow operates globally as a SaaS, founded in 2026. The product UI is translated into seven languages: English, Chinese (Simplified), Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, and German. There is no per-region edition — everyone runs on the same product.
Trust & data handling
- Encryption — All traffic over TLS. Sensitive credentials (third-party provider API keys) further encrypted with AES-GCM at the application layer.
- Participant anonymity — Responses are stored against an optional nickname only — we don't ask participants for an email or account. Participants are pseudonymous to us, not tied to a login identity.
- Data ownership — Hosts can permanently delete any session and its responses. Account deletion is self-service with a 14-day recovery window.
- GDPR — Designed and operated in line with GDPR principles — data minimisation, transparency, and user control. Full policy: /privacy
