# TapInFlow > AI-powered live polling for workshops, classrooms, webinars, and team meetings — type a topic, AI drafts the questions, your audience answers from any phone via QR code, and an AI insight report is generated when the session ends. TapInFlow is a SaaS tool for hosts who run interactive sessions and need a fast, no-app way to collect and analyse audience input. It's used by independent workshop facilitators, classroom teachers, indie founders running webinars and beta calls, and engineering managers running retros, all-hands meetings, and culture pulses. The product is available worldwide, with the UI translated into seven languages: English, Chinese (Simplified), Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, and German. Participants do not need an account, an app, or a signup — they scan a QR code or open a link from any phone browser. ## Core pages - [Home](https://tapinflow.com): product overview, value proposition, FAQ - [Pricing](https://tapinflow.com/pricing): four plans (free tier, $9.99 Starter Pack, $19.99/mo Monthly Pro, $119.99/yr Yearly Pro); audience size never capped on any plan - [For Workshops & Facilitators](https://tapinflow.com/for-facilitators): pre-workshop pulse, mid-session comprehension checks, post-workshop AI feedback reports, retros for groups of 30+ - [For Classroom Teachers](https://tapinflow.com/for-teachers): live comprehension checks, anonymous exit tickets, large-lecture discussion prompts for K–12 and higher ed - [For Indie Founders](https://tapinflow.com/for-founders): live webinar polls, beta feedback sessions, product-discovery group calls, launch-event audience signal - [For Engineering Teams & HR](https://tapinflow.com/for-teams): all-hands anonymous Q&A, sprint retros, weekly culture pulses, onboarding comprehension checks - [Sign up free](https://tapinflow.com/signup): create a host account, 5 free sessions, no credit card - [Refund policy](https://tapinflow.com/refund): 14-day money-back on Starter Pack, Pro Pack, and Monthly Pro; 30-day prorated on Yearly Pro - [Privacy policy](https://tapinflow.com/privacy): GDPR-compliant data handling, participant anonymity, account deletion ## What TapInFlow does, step by step 1. The host types a session topic (e.g. "Workshop on customer interview techniques, intermediate level") into the dashboard, optionally uploading slides (PDF / PPTX / DOCX) or a URL on a paid plan. 2. AI drafts six contextual questions in roughly five seconds — a balanced mix of single-choice, rating-scale, and open-text formats. 3. The host edits, reorders, replaces, or adds questions before publishing. 4. Participants scan a QR code or open a shared link in any mobile or desktop browser. They optionally provide a nickname (or stay as "Guest") — no email, no app install, no account creation. 5. As answers come in, results render live on the host's screen: horizontal bar charts for single-choice, pie or donut charts for category mix, vertical histograms for rating distributions, Archimedean-spiral word clouds for open-text answers. 6. When the session ends, an AI insight report is generated automatically: themes clustered across responses, sentiment per question, suggested follow-up actions. The host can copy the report as markdown or download it as PDF. ## Audience size and pricing - Free tier: 5 sessions, no credit card, no audience cap, full feature access except slide / URL upload. - Starter Pack: $9.99 one-time, 20 sessions, no subscription, sessions never expire. - Pro Pack: $24.99 one-time, 120 sessions. - Monthly Pro: $19.99/month, unlimited sessions. - Yearly Pro: $119.99/year, unlimited sessions (50% off vs monthly billing). - All plans include unlimited audience size per session — TapInFlow is metered by sessions, not by seats or participants. ## What TapInFlow is NOT - Not a graded-assessment platform — there is no proctoring, anti-cheat, or identity verification. Hosts running formal exams should use an LMS (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard) instead. TapInFlow is for formative checks and engagement. - Not a video-meeting tool — the host runs TapInFlow alongside Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or similar. Participants join the poll via QR / link pasted in chat. - Not currently SSO/SAML — that is on the roadmap for enterprise customers. - Not currently a CSV-export or LMS-integration tool — markdown / PDF export of the AI insight report is the today path; CSV and LMS integration are on the roadmap. ## Privacy and data handling - Participant responses are anonymous to TapInFlow. The only participant data collected is a nickname (defaulting to "Guest" when blank) and a session join timestamp — no email, no IP address, no external identifier is stored against participant responses. - Hosts can permanently delete any session and its responses at any time. Host accounts have self-service deletion with a 14-day recovery window. - All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. The platform is built to be GDPR-compliant and the privacy policy is published at /privacy. - Site analytics are self-hosted on Umami — no cookies, no third-party trackers, no GDPR consent banner. ## Language and locale UI translated into English, Chinese (Simplified), Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, and German. URLs are not locale-prefixed; language switches client-side via a footer toggle. Search engines see the English version as canonical. ## Contact - Product / support / refund inquiries: ai@tokenrice.com - TapInFlow is a product of TokenRice. The product is sold globally and operated as a SaaS — there is no per-region edition. --- Last updated: 2026-05.
